RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

• All reservations are confirmed subject to availability. A reservation confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of payment, along with the corresponding invoice.
• Prices are stated in euros (€), net, firm, and final.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking via a secure payment system.
• Services are executed in the Paris time zone (GMT+1).
  
  

Included in the price:

• Breakfast (up to €35 per person),
• Lunch including an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine or soda/juice – up to €90 per person. Additional drinks are at the client’s expense.
• Entry tickets for the following: the Eiffel Tower (with access to the 2nd floor and summit), the Château de Versailles, Claude Monet’s House and Gardens, and a Seine river cruise (depending on the selected tour),
• One glass of wine or soda/juice at a wine shop – up to €15 per person,
• Transportation in a private vehicle.
  Not included: personal shopping expenses and other additional costs.

INFORMATION REQUESTS

Information requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any personal information collected in this context will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation by the Client: All cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the service date: Full refund.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued.
• No-show: If the client fails to attend on the agreed date and time, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Interruption of service by the client: Any partial or complete interruption of the service by the client will not result in any refund or compensation.

Cancellation by Paris Ooh la la!: For all of our services (excluding private group services on request), if there are fewer than 3 participants, we reserve the right to cancel the service. In this case, a full refund or a rescheduling option will be offered.

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

Reservation modifications are possible subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.
Modification by Paris Ooh la la!: In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour. Notification and alternative solutions will be provided.

DURATION AND ITINERARIES

The duration of tours is specified in each offer. Itineraries may be adjusted based on unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, local events, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paris Ooh la la! is committed to providing high-quality services but disclaims any liability for disruptions beyond its control. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and health, including the risks of accidents, injuries, delays, or loss of property during services.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal information collected will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

DATA SECURITY

The website implements organizational, technical, software, and physical security measures to protect personal data against alteration, destruction, and unauthorized access. However, please note that the internet is not a completely secure environment, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access to information transmitted or stored online.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify these TCS. In the event of modification, the new version will be published on our website, and you will be informed by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may contact us to terminate the service.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Only adults aged 18 and over are permitted to participate in the services offered. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the activity.

PHOTO CREDITS AND COPYRIGHT

Photographs on the site are used to illustrate our services. Some are the exclusive property of Paris Ooh la la!, while others are royalty-free. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These TCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at the publisher’s registered office, except where specific legal provisions dictate otherwise.
